Bijuterie poate deveni orice obiect gândit și produs să decoreze corpul uman, ce poate fi purtat în armonie cu ținuta, silueta și personalitatea persoanei.

Cele care trezesc energii pozitive.

O bijuterie ca și orice obiect care există ca să traiască și să vibreze cu mediul în care se afla trebuie armonizat cu acesta.
4. Cine ați vrea să vă poarte bijuteriile?
Cei care le înteleg și le tratează ca aliații lor în desăvârșirea ținutei și a atitudinii lor corporale.
5. Care e cea mai frumoasă bijuterie pe care ați văzut-o vreodată?
Cea mai nou descoperită.
1. Ce poate deveni bijuterie?
Din punct de vedere obiectiv, orice obiect care are măcar mărimea potrivită ca să poată fi purtat pe corpul omenesc, poate fi o bijuterie. Dar cum imaginaţia are rolul să o ia înaintea convenţiilor şi a tradiţiei, în ziua de azi poate fi bijuterie şi un obiect care îţi împodobeşte gâtul şi umerii deodată, degetul, dar şi întreaga mână. Şi nu vorbim doar de formă, pot fi sparte atâtea convenţii!
Din punctul meu de vedere, îmbrăţisez bineînţeles abordarea modernă a bijuteriei pentru că astăzi o bijuterie nu mai arată doar un statut social,

EXTINS | contemporary jewelry
Extins – the only designer jewelry exhibition in Romania at its second edition
For the second time in a row, the creations of several young jewelry designers are reunited within an event-exhibition titled Extins, the only one of its kind in Romania. This year’s edition will take place in one of the privileged spaces in Carturesti bookshop and it will run between 18 November – 2 December.
While we are used to discover jewelry in classic settings such as on the shops’ shelves or worn by the admirers of this sort of accessories, and event such as Extins aims to extract jewelry from the commercial realm and present it as contemporary art in the installations created by the designers. This is the leading concept of the event which implies operating a transgression of the object from its commercial state to the artistic one. The exhibition is meant to familiarize the public with contemporary designer jewelry and to implicitly encourage the young designers who have channeled their creativity and resources in this direction. The 2008 selection includes the following designers: Mihaela Tarhuna, Carla Szabo, David Sandu, Kuki Constantinescu, Angi Apostol, Mihaela Zvîncă, Ana Claudia Crişan, Vlad Gherghiceanu, Elephant, Kristina Dragomir and Radu Fulga. Their designs will be on display at Carturesti during the second half of November and they will reflect a curatorial scenario by Dan Piersinaru who also created of the Extins project concept.
